About me

I am a marketing strategist in training focused on digital growth, brand positioning, and community-driven engagement. My work centers on structured execution, data-informed decision-making, and scalable marketing systems across entrepreneurial and organizational environments.

At YENSO (ANL Trading), I manage social media and website content strategy, coordinate international creative teams, and conduct competitor analysis across 20+ brands to inform product positioning.

Previously, as President of FDN-Events and Co-Founder of F-Loves, I led teams of up to 60 members and delivered 10+ large-scale initiatives, driving a 65% increase in online engagement through consistent branding and content systems.

I am driven by building marketing structures that convert creativity into measurable impact.

Led the strategic production and multi-platform launch of Thoáng Yêu, aligning creative direction with performance-driven digital distribution across SoundCloud, Spotify, and YouTube .Executed search optimization, structured release sequencing, and targeted audience engagement tactics to accelerate early traction and cross-platform discoverability.

Generated 1,000+ streams within the first 24 hours, establishing measurable launch momentum and sustained platform visibility.

F-Loves 

Youth-Led Fundraising & Community Impact Platform

Co-founded and managed since 2023, F-Loves is a youth-led fundraising initiative driving structured community impact in Da Nang.

Over two seasons, the platform raised a total of 120 million VND through coordinated campaigns and volunteer mobilization.

• 50 million VND supported highland primary school students through essential supplies and water systems.

• 70 million VND funded assistance for cancer patients at Da Nang Oncology Hospital.

F-Loves demonstrates strategic leadership in campaign execution, community engagement, and purpose-driven brand development.




Season 1 – Highland School Initiative 

Raised 50 million VND to provide essential supplies, water systems, and community meals for primary school students in highland ethnic minority communities.
